I'm a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (Hons) and a lifelong athlete — over a decade of competitive volleyball and football has given me a firsthand understanding of high-performance environments and what it takes to compete in them. That background shapes how I work with athletes, but my degree has taken me well beyond sport. From neurological rehabilitation to the chronic postural pain that builds up after years at a desk — I've worked across every demographic, and I bring the same evidence-based rigour to all of it.
